Laser Machine Operator (Manufacturing)

Agri-Fab has a need for a 2nd Shift Laser Machine Operator to set up and operates Laser machines used in the production process. 2nd Shift hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM.
Pay is dependent on Experience and starts at $18.45
Essential Functions
Required but not limited to:

Performs basic equipment maintenance and daily safety checks as prescribed.
Use of fork lift to: load, unload and adjusts placement in the machine (Remmert and Tekmag) of material and work pieces to be processed.
Use of Nesting software (currently Lantek and Radan), to nest parts for production runs.
Following prescribed frequency, measures dimensions of finished work pieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring machine (Virtek)
Assures pieces and material received for processing and removed after processing are tagged with correct count and identification number, without multiple tags.
Sets up Laser machines and makes adjustments to parameters.
Makes necessary adjustments to Laser controls, material and process to provide the desired results.
Monitors machine and takes corrective action as needed.
Maintains work area.
