Strategic Sourcing Specialist (Finance)

The selected Strategic Sourcing Specialist candidate will join the Mechanical Assembly team in the Government Center of Excellence, supporting the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts for key Honeywell programs. Starting with proposals, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating long-term agreements with suppliers. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist II will help drive the completion of compliant FAR15 packages and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with program requirements.

This person selected for this position will work in our Glendale, AZ, Phoenix, AZ, Tempe, AZ or Clearwater, FL location on a Hybrid work schedule.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute FAR15 subcontracts IAW FAR, DFARS and applicable regulations.
• Support negotiations (price, terms & conditions)
• Manage key program suppliers.
• Build supplier strategies to enable the best overall value to Honeywell

COMPENSATION

• The Salary range for this position is $67K - $95K. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

• Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations
• Strong negotiation skills and processes

• Procurement experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industry
• Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.
• Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD)
• Ability to understand and negotiate terms and conditions
