The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $155,000 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Job Summary:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager, FP&A to lead financial planning and analysis for our growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce business. You'll partner with the digital team to deliver actionable insights, while coordinating with centralized teams for sales, logistics, and payroll planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the brand and channel-level P&L forecast, consolidating inputs from sales planning and cost centers.
  • Lead monthly Latest Estimate (LE) and annual budget submissions, including risk/opportunity analysis.
  • Deliver executive-ready summaries and channel profitability insights (e.g. owned sites, TikTok Shop, new platforms).
  • Develop and evolve tools to track promo efficiency and margin trends.
  • Act as the key finance partner to brand and marketing teams, translating business activity into financial impact.
  • Build repeatable processes and reporting for new DTC platforms (e.g., Roblox commerce, influencer gifting).
  • Coordinate with centralized teams to ensure accuracy of COGS, logistics, and payroll allocations.

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial analysis, reporting, and consolidation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving business priorities and changing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, preferably in eCommerce or consumer goods
  • Proven experience with digital channel P&Ls, marketing ROI analysis, and executive reporting
  • Strong command of Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with business and finance stakeholders
  • Comfort operating independently in a lean and fast-paced environment
