Summary of Responsibility:


The Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing telephone and email support to customers requesting service support. This person will coordinate with internal departments and vendors in regards to the scheduling and ordering of installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

What You Will Contribute:

• Effectively respond to machine service requests from customers/internal staff; updating customers on service related issues
• Documenting service updates in the job file; following up with customers and technicians on CNC service repairs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Answer incoming customer calls, creating phone supports in our service system
• Reviewing closed work orders to ensure service report is present and accurate. Submitting it to the billing team.
• Assisting with schedule.
• Submitting and managing requests with core vendors
• Possessing and maintaining a basic knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company will be helpful
• Perform miscellaneous organizational and administrative tasks as required
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes

Qualifications & Competencies:

• Experience in service coordination and customer service
• Working knowledge of CRM Systems is beneficial, specifically salesforce.com
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Available for 40 hours in office, Mon-Fri 8a-5p
