Electronics Quality Lead (Finance)

What will you do?

  • RESPONSIBILIT IES (Equipment or Process, Material or Product, Safety of Others, Work of Others)
  • E nsures conformance of inspectors' team members : defect entry, process follow , test report completion, etc.
  • Review user requirements, use cases , system, and product specifications to fully understand test details . Supports supervisor and performs supervisor duties when supervisor is absent or out of office .
  • Test troubleshooting support and test technical reference for the site.
  • Requires the ability to work overtime on short notice and on weekends.
  • Definition, tracking and organization of the test schedule and activities Assigns work to ensure timely and effective workflow based on production schedule .
  • Active communication with pack out team leader of test progress.
  • Reports team progress daily to supervisor/manager s and escalates risks.
  • Challenge the team to improve current & future test /quality processes.
  • Works with training department to set training goals for new employees and identifying areas for new training.
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and share updates on test procedures.
  • Coordinates and leads FAT witness testing.
  • Answer Symmetry Barriers . Create and/or update Visual Aids / SPLs / Working Instructions / Procedures / Quality Alerts.
  • R espond CR cases to define warranty resolutions and execute continuous improvement action plans . Software and systems:
  • Engineering drawing viewer
  • O rder Data Management
  • O rder Editor

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Prior experience working on a manufacturing floor or in production operations.
  • Strong Leadership .
  • Strong Safety and 5S culture.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, team-player mindset, and positive attitude .
  • Ab ility to work independently .
  • Ability to collaborate with local and remote cross - functional teams in multicultural environment .
  • Prior Switchboard / Switchgear product and testing knowledge.
  • Experience and/or exposure to test standards .
  • Familiarity with quality standards.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver training materials
  • Knowledge of production equipment and safety protocols
  • Analytical skills to identify training needs and track progress
  • Comfortable with continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Patience and adaptability
  • Leadership and team collaboration
  • Problem-solving mindset
