Marin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our exceptional rehab team. Located in the heart of beautiful Marin County, our facility is known for excellent care, a supportive environment, and a strong sense of teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Document resident progress accurately and timely
• Help residents regain independence and improve quality of life

What We're Looking For:

• Current California SLP license
• SNF or geriatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach
