Stay Experience Ambassador - Hilton Omaha (Finance)
The majority of the Stay Experience Ambassador's daily shift will be stationed and walking in the hotel lobby fully engaging and monitoring guests in key guest service touch points (front drive, front desk, bell service, elevator landing, grab n go, hotel bar, hotel restaurant, and seating zones in the lobby). While the "why" of engagement is to follow Conrad Hilton's original vision "to fill the earth with the Light & Warmth of Hospitality", the SE Ambassador is positioned in all areas of the lobby (actively walking the lobby) to assist guests with their needs and "make it right before, during and after every stay". Resolving customer complaints is a core responsibility, and will work through all hotel department teams to lead all resolutions that are presented. The Stay Experience Ambassador will ensure each guest that they engage or connect with, achieves a friendly and reliable Stay at Hilton.
