  • Proven track record of launching and scaling digital solutions in international markets.
  • Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Deep understanding of digital business models, customer journeys, and value creation.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, market intelligence platforms, and digital analytics

TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Manager Sales & Business Development- Global Digital Products (Remote)

Responsible for identifying, shaping, and driving commercial opportunities for digital products across global markets. This individual will act as a key interface between product development, sales, marketing, and regional business units to ensure that digital solutions are aligned with market needs, competitive dynamics, and innovation trends.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Market & Opportunity Development

  • Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to derive opportunities for new digital products or enhancements.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform product positioning and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with customers and clients to gather insights and validate product-market fit.

Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for digital products in collaboration with product management, marketing, and regional sales teams.
  • Define value propositions, pricing models, and sales enablement materials.
  • Support launch planning and execution across multiple geographies.

Sales Enablement & Collaboration
  • Act as the central liaison between global digital product teams and regional sales organizations.
  • Work closely with Branch Managers, Sales Leads, and Business Units to align on sales targets, customer engagement strategies, and pipeline development.
  • Derive and implement sales communication strategies tailored to different markets and customer segments.

Innovation & Thought Leadership
  • Monitor innovation trends and digital transformation developments relevant to the business.
  • Represent the company at industry fairs, conferences, and customer events to promote digital offerings and gather market intelligence.
  • Identify and assess partnership opportunities to expand the digital ecosystem.

Performance & Reporting
  • Track and report on business development KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on market dynamics, sales performance, and strategic recommendations.
