FSQR Coordinator (Project Management)



a. Manages the entire food safety program assuring compliance with all HACCP and BRC rules and regulations. Assures that all departments are maintaining appropriate records per rules and regulations.

a. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for work performed including all HACCP documentation and product development work, test formulations, nutritional analysis, labeling, etc.

b. Oversees federal rules and regulations regarding labeling and nutritional information on a daily basis to assure compliance.

c. Provide critical data to New Products Team to help ensure we are within the allowable limits of BRC.

d. Coordinate the Monthly Food Safety Meetings.

e. Prepare for, and assist with BRC/HACCP audits.

f. Conducts plant food safety/GMP new hire orientation and annual HACCP training sessions.

g. Documents, reviews and verifies compliance to company and regulatory requirements.

h. Other duties as assigned by the Food Safety & Quality Manager and in conjunction with Research & Development Department.

Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p
