Customer Success Manager, Industrial Software (Finance)



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals and challenges.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure customers are effectively utilizing our industrial software solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to enhance customer value.

Your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our business and enhance our reputation in the industry.YOU MUST HAVE

  • 10+ years of industrial experience (Operations OR Technical Services OR Software Engineering OR Software Sales OR Software Consulting OR Software Support OR Software Customer Success etc.) working with Global/Enterprise accounts
  • Strong customer interaction skills, with the ability to engage industrial clients through outcome-based solutions and foster long-term relationships.
  • Ability to influence at HQ level to ensure top-down adherence to agreed plans.
  • Must be open to travel throughout the USA to meet with clients.
WE VALUE
  • 10+ years of experience in Alarm Management OR Advanced Process Control OR Operator Training Simulator OR Production Accounting and Reconciliation OR Process Simulation etc.
  • Refinery or Petrochemicals or Mining operations/ technical services experience.
  • Knowledge of Industrial customer success management or product management or project management or engineering management.
  • Customer Industry business driver knowledge that enables customer value discussions in our major industries of Oil Refining, O&G, LNG, Chemicals and Mining/Mineral Processing
  • Good understanding of regional customers - culture and dynamics
  • Ability to influence leadership.
  • Experience in Gainsight and Salesforce
