LPN On-Call (Healthcare)

Carolina Caring is seeking a LPN to fulfill the organizations need to deliver nursing care to hospice patients consistent with physicians orders, nursing assessments and individualized plans of care and to provide support and education to caregivers of patients. To provide support and education to patients and caregivers of patients during weekends, holidays, evenings, nights and other specified times.
Full-time positions offer an excellent benefit package with paid time off.
