ADDITIONAL INFO FOR APPLICANTS:

The selected candidate must have current work authorization in the United States. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Minimum Qualifications: This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with two or more years of experience in an Information Technology support position. College or other relevant post-secondary coursework may substitute for the experience requirement on a year-for-year basis. Applicant will need to be comfortable lifting and moving equipment up to 40 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience troubleshooting computers with Windows 10 through 11 and macOS Sonoma and Sequoia
  • Experience troubleshooting Apple and Android mobile devices.
  • Experience troubleshooting basic computer hardware and printer issues.
  • Prior technical documentation experience.
  • 2 years of college experience.

Special Skills/Training:
  • Knowledge of principles and operation of computer systems and related peripheral equipment.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot client issues via multiple contact methods.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to a dynamic technical environment.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to function with a diverse team with a large workload.

Additional Information for Applicants:
  • The selected applicant must have a valid Florida Driver's License and have their own reliable transportation.
  • The selected candidate must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

Typical support services include but are not limited to performing basic:
  • Desktop support/troubleshooting, setups, and driver/firmware updates
  • Hardware upgrades and repairs
  • Printer maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Software troubleshooting/installation
  • Routine virus scanning/clean up
  • Troubleshooting of user account issues

Additionally, this position will:
  • Utilize our endpoint management system to deploy machines
  • Escalate issues to an appropriate IT team when local resolution is out of scope
  • Conduct afternoon floor checks to proactively address any outstanding issues
  • Document all trouble tickets in our ticketing system
