Sr. HR Business Partner-Operations Team (Remote) (Finance)

You'll be a strategic partner and trusted coach to leaders - someone who can bring insight, structure, and follow-through to help their teams thrive. Our HRBPs are embedded in the business, know what's happening on the ground, and use their people expertise to make leading teams simpler and more impactful.

We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Operations organization, encompassing client service delivery, treasury operations, transaction processing, technology implementation, operational enablement, and process optimization. You will be a thought partner during a critical phase of digital transformation and operational evolution, supporting organizational growth and leadership effectiveness in a fast-paced financial and healthcare services environment.

This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role where you'll translate company-wide strategy into action at the department level. This role is not about doing everything; it's about doing the right things to help business leaders lead better. You'll bring clarity, connection, and confidence to your part of the org. HRBPs are the connective tissue, not the owners of every initiative. You'll offer feedback on what's working in the field and keep things simple, scalable, and tied to frontline needs.
