- Position Type: Full-Time/Hourly (Non-Exempt)
- Pay Range: Competitive
- Work Location: Onsite - Whitewater, Wisconsin 53190
- Shift: 1
- Assemble product parts and components according to specifications and work instructions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform quality checks to confirm parts meet standards before moving to the next stage.
- Report quality, equipment, or material issues promptly to supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area with properly stored tools.
- Follow all standard operating procedures, safety, environmental, and quality policies.
- Support continuous improvement by suggesting and implementing operational enhancements.
- Assist in training and mentoring team members to build skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a collaborative and respectful team environment.
- Complete additional duties as assigned to meet production needs.
- Strong assembly skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and product specifications
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment
- Basic machine operation knowledge
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately
- Team-oriented with mentoring and coaching abilities
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of calibration, product specifications, and production tools
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and stooping required.
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
