Shipping Confirmer (Administrative)
Stuller's dedicated Logistics Operations team performs an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from automated and manual stock locations, and sorting and packing orders.
Our Fulfillment department operates at a fast pace, driven by a steadfast commitment to our customers. We empower our team members to progress within the department and throughout the organization, under the skilled leadership of the Fulfillment Manager and Director.
The Shipping Confirmer is responsible for scanning, grouping, & confirming customer orders to be shipped. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to maintain a high level of accuracy. You will be receiving and processing orders the inventory management system.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan bar codes on products and sort product lines into bins
Confirm and pack customer orders
Maintain required accuracy while working at a fast pace
Complete computer-based training periodically
Monitor emails to attain and communicate important information
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in number accuracy
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Proficient in reading and following instructions
Basic computer skills, able to move batches through Oracle Tracking System
Flexibility with work hours
