Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Geospatial Analyst to support our Customs and Border Protection client. Primary job duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Performs data collection, analysis, interpretation, and management duties
Prepares presentations that reflect the results of the data analysis
Works with scientists and other technical experts to design and develop statistical analyses methodologies
Provides specific analysis and research for homeland security mission areas (i.e. critical infrastructure protection, flood risk modeling, law enforcement operations, etc.)
Prepares assessments of current threats and trends based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information
Leads technical demonstrations, exchanges, and other technical presentations on materials and analysis generated
Provides guidance and work leadership to junior team members
Maintains knowledge of both current and emerging technologies, capabilities, best practices to perform a whole range of geospatial analyses
Participates in specialized geospatial analytical projects as required
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree
Must be able to pass Customs and Border Protection clearance
