In this role, you will:

The Network Synchronization Associate Director will be accountable for leading a team in the Development and Deployment of Strategies, Standards and Processes to Synchronize the Kimberly-Clark (KCNA) Supply Chain Planning functions (Demand Planning, Production Planning, Inbound Planning and Outbound Planning ) with the End to End KCNA Supply Chain Organization with the purpose of delivering sustainable Benefits. This role will also be accountable for developing and sustaining S&OP Process in both Demand Planning and Supply Planning to ensure the correct Strategic and Executional Commitments.  Additionally, the role will partner to help roll out aspects of Project Puzzle with a focus in Demand Planning.

The position reports to the Director, Supply Planning – Inbound/Outbound Planning.

  • This role is responsible for Network Synchronization team and leading the team in development in deployment of strategies, standards, and processes to synchronize the KCNA Supply Chain Planning functions.
  • Develop and Sustain a robust and sustainable S&OP Process to ensure the correct Strategic and Executional commitments.
  • Standardize Demand Review Agenda/Deck and RACI across all BU's helping to drive sustainable practices and forecast accuracy.
  • Partnership with Aurora/Puzzle Teams to sustain the value of the existing and new connected capabilities developments.
  • Facilitate cross functional process activities to ensure continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Continually identify opportunities to achieve or exceed annual global and regional External Cost Savings (ECS) targets.
  • Partner with the all other Supply Chain Functions to develop collaborative process enhancements and finding efficiency cross functional opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Value Stream to ensure alignment with all the Platform strategies and implementations , Business Units expectations, Manufacturing and Distribution objectives.
  • Facilitate the Executive Demand Review Monthly Session providing the updated deck and regular / ad hoc analytics to enable efficient and decision making strategic sessions. Also consolidate the Demand Planning reporting analytics in the MBR2 and TIER 7 meetings on Monthly basis.
  • Provide team leadership, coaching and development for process leads and direct deputies. Ensure that systems and process training standards are in place and that development plans continue for full potential.
  • Develop Network Synchronization vision and strategy that supports the strategic direction of the Enterprise Supply Chain Organization

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 10+ years of business experience
  • Higher Level leadership skills in order to participate effectively in the management team.
  • Functional expertise within supply chain systems and processes
  • Ability to cope with detail, multiple simultaneous problems/projects and day to day operational complexities
  • Results oriented with strong and effective leadership and communication skills

Salary Range: 157,720 – 194,760 USD

At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
