WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As our Service Administrator, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that ensures our customers have a great experience when they get their equipment repaired or serviced at Pape'. Every day, you will work with the service supervisor to create work orders, manage equipment check- and check- out, work with customers to resolve billing issues, complete various administrative tasks, and more!

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team.
- Experience working directly with customers and knowledge of equipment are preferred.
Compensation: $18.55-26.89/hr (Depending on Experience)
