Main Objective:

As a Representative Education Operations Analyst, you will work with Medical Affairs and cross-functional stakeholders to assist with the continuous development and delivery of the Clinical Advisory Division's educational activities. The Representative Education Operations Analyst will generate informative reports, visualizations, and dashboards to provide actionable insights. The main objectives are to derive knowledge and understanding via detailed, concise reports and analytics that will lead to increased operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Supporting a growing offering of live representative trainings education, the administrator will help operationalize the administration and reporting features of representative education, and in turn enable improved outcomes for Arthrex internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in improving Representative Education operations by emphasizing data collection methods and accessibility so that data can be presented in a manner that supports Arthrex executive leadership decision-making and interdepartmental reporting.
  • Produce and maintain reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Functions as the representative onboarding system administrator for the AGU to ensure a timely and efficient onboarding process for agency representatives
  • Assists with identifying process improvements for onboarding agency representatives to provide an enriched, measurable onboarding experience.
  • Assists the representative education team and key stakeholders on course planning; learner registration and attendance; uploading and configuring learning content; building curriculums; assembling tests, and providing meaningful reports to support data-based decisions for enhancing effective learning experiences
  • Assists the representative education team and cross-functional teams to support the delivery of learning programs and curriculums
  • Assists the representative education team on other critical activities and any key projects as assigned
  • Develops and continuously improves skills to be highly proficient with the functionality of the various platforms utilized in the Clinical Advisory Division

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Knowledge and skills in working with learning management systems and business management tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, oral, written, and business communications skills
  • Ability to function effectively as a secondary contact with internal project teams and external clients with guidance from more senior staff
  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple concurrent tasks/projects on time and deliver quality results
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously with a strong work ethic and positive attitude

Experience and Education:

  • 2 years of experience working in an academic and/or non-academic organization managing learning systems and/or working at an analytical capacity required.
  • Experience collaborating with multi-functional teams and subject matter Analysts preferred
  • Experience building reports for and addressing both technical and non-technical audiences preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree required preferably in Education, Health Sciences, Healthcare Administration, Business or similar.
  • Technical certifications or professional development related to LMS Administration, Business Administration or similar preferred

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in written or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
