The Role:
The Team Leader / Clinic Charge Nurse manages the daily clinic operations and ensures high quality patient care by following Health by Design's values, policies, and procedures.

What You'll Do:
Health by Design is seeking a full-time Team Leader / RN Charge Nurse. Located in West San Antonio (Westover Hills), this clinic provides primary care services to First Responders and their dependents. The Team Leader / Clinic Charge Nurse supervises all nursing and front desk team members. Clinic hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. NO 12-hour shifts, NO weekends, and NO major holidays!
