OPERATIONS FINANCIAL ANALYST (Finance)

Reporting to the Operations Finance Manager and located in our St. Charles, MO, Office, the Operations Financial Analyst's main objectives will be to generate reporting on the Distribution Centers for Operations leadership and perform analytics to identify the driving factors of our Distribution Centers.
Responsibilities:

Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures operational & financial information has been recorded accurately
Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations
· Prepares financial reports for senior management as requested
· Compiles and analyzes operational & financial information to identify trends, drive change, and assess performance, and continuously works to improve and refine metrics as needed
· Assist Distribution Center (DC) Leadership in the creation of Forecasting and Labor Planning to help leadership make data-driven decisions.
· Create and perform analytics to help the DCs understand their day-to-day business
· Using variance analysis, identify opportunities for continuous improvement projects
· Assist in the scoping of potential Third Party Fulfillment (3PF) clients by providing process and service costs
· Maintain costing levers for identified DM Processes
· Perform a client profitability analysis to identify margin enhancement opportunities
· Develops strategies to communicate complex operational & financial information to others through the use of PowerPoint, charts, graphs, and infographics, and prepares these presentations as requested; explains complex operational & financial information in non-complex terms
