Role Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in Marketing or Field Marketing, preferably with Brand, Regional and Commercial Sales connectivity
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing (Masters preferred); MBA preferred
• Industry experience in Consumer Brand Experience or AlcBev is strongly preferred
• Proven track record of:
• Agency management
• Ability to develop marketing programs and assets
• Ability to work cross functionally and manage through others, including managing up
• Strong deadline management skills - meeting or delivering ahead of schedule
• Strategic thinking - able to confidently articulate ideas and present out of the box thinking to large groups
• Budget management
• Attention to detail

Salary Range - The salary range for this role based in Chicago is $90,000.00 to $104,000 along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
