Principal Project Engineer
You will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid / Part Time work schedule.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline in Engineering.
- Significant experience with FMS
- Leadership role (PM / PE / Director) again in FMS
- Experienced with FMS program Sys/SW development activities and tools / testing requirements / certification activities. US citizenship necessary for this program
- 6+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Lead a high visibility REV COGS program aligned with our military group. Working closely with the customer and leading a small, dedicated team of SW
- Advanced Engineering degrees like ME (Mechanical Engineering) or EE (Electrical Engineering).
- Experience in leading complex engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
