Principal Project Engr (Finance)



Principal Project Engineer

You will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid / Part Time work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's success by ensuring the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S."As a Principal Project Engineer at Honeywell, you will coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective project coordination, monitor project progress and adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and drive operational excellence and innovation in the successful execution and delivery of complex engineering projects.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline in Engineering.
  • Significant experience with FMS
  • Leadership role (PM / PE / Director) again in FMS
  • Experienced with FMS program Sys/SW development activities and tools / testing requirements / certification activities. US citizenship necessary for this program
  • 6+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
  • Technical expertise in the relevant engineering discipline.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
