Salesforce Administrator (Information Technology)



Job Summary 

Continually improve and enhance the Salesforce platform through collaboration with our business users and technical team. Gather requirements and feedback to design and implement best practice solutions for our unique business challenges, and provide guidance, training and support for all users.

This position will be a hybrid role, reporting into our Roswell, GA Headquarters 3 days a week.

Job Responsibilities  

  • Consolidate input and ideas from internal stakeholders to develop and maintain Kloeckner's Salesforce implementation.
  • Manage user accounts and licenses, roles, security, profiles, and hierarchy.
  • Implement changes related to, but not limited to, customization of fields, page layouts, custom tabs, objects, applications, and flows.
  • Maintain dashboards and provide ad-hoc reporting for sales managers and users.
  • Monitor and activate Salesforce Release Updates, ensuring ongoing organization performance, security, and usability.
  • Provide orientation, documentation, and training to business users to ensure end-user success within Salesforce.
  • Provide day-to-day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Act as a member of an agile team and work with developers and product managers to deliver value.
  • Proactively collaborate with Continuous Improvement Team to identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity of the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Qualifications

  • 4+ Years of Professional Experience or Bachelor's Degree
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
  • Sales Cloud certification is preferred
  • Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce platform and CRM concepts
  • Familiarity with CRM Analytics and desire to expand that knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and research skills
  • Hands-on experience as a Salesforce administrator with Sales Cloud
