Digital Energy Leader (Finance)



As a Digital Energy Leader within Honeywell HPS, you will lead the sales pipeline generation for outcome-based digital transformation initiatives and advisory services. This role is part of Honeywell's Energy Advisory Group, which focuses on two core service lines: Brownfield Decarbonization and Greenfield Digitization. You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic opportunities that help industrial clients reduce their carbon footprint, optimize energy use, and implement scalable digital solutions.

You will act as a trusted advisor and business development leader, mapping Honeywell's digital portfolio-including AI, autonomy, cybersecurity, connected services, and low carbon technologies-into tailored advisory offerings. This role requires a strong technical foundation, commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex internal and customer organizations. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of Honeywell's advisory services, with the agility to expand into adjacent industries as needed.As a Senior Business Development Manager at Honeywell, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key clients to achieve revenue targets.YOU MUST HAVE:

  • +15 years in Sales and Business Development, primarily in the energy sector.
  • Deep expertise in low carbon technologies and strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and experience with industrial customers.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with technical scope creation and internal sales processes.
  • Startup mentality with ability to build and scale new service lines.

WE VALUE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Honeywell's digital portfolio: AI, autonomy, cybersecurity, connected services, and advanced process controls.
  • Experience in process industries (Oil & gas, chemicals, utilities).
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
  • Exposure to global markets and cross-cultural engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead pipeline generation for outcome-based advisory services.
  • Engage Honeywell sales teams and industrial customers in strategic value creation, aligning solutions with sustainability KPIs and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with internal SMEs and technical consultants to develop scopes of work that demonstrate how advisory services deliver measurable value.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in customer engagements, guiding complex decision-making and program development.
  • Navigate internal and external stakeholder networks to accelerate deal velocity.
  • Represent Honeywell in strategic discussions and industry forums.
  • Travel up to 20% for customer and internal engagements.
