Role Overview
As the Service Technician BTR, you'll have a big mission. If you choose to accept it, your mission will be to assist with the oversight of the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventive maintenance, and construction or rehabilitation projects for the properties. You may be involved in new construction or modification of existing properties. The Service Technician Build to Rent will be responsible for multiple site visits weekly and running between one and four communities simultaneously. The Service Technician BTR must exhibit a strong commitment to the service needs of internal and external customers and represent the company professionally and courteously. As you can likely tell, 'how' things are done matters just as much as ‘what' was done here at BH!
