Cabinet Assembler II (Assembly) (Construction)



Job Summary
The Cabinet Assembler Level II must act according to Leedos core values: The PCMS of Assembly procedures which place controls on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. The CA Level II will lead and guide cabinet assembly operations, ensuring high-quality, efficient production, and adherence to blueprints and standards, while also mentoring and training junior assemblers.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Possess in-depth knowledge of cabinet construction techniques and materials (wood, particleboard, laminate, etc.). Accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Assemble cabinets and components with precision and attention to detail. Use hand tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet parts. Ensure each component adheres to specified dimensions and quality standards. Guide junior assemblers, providing technical assistance and training. Identify and address potential issues or problems in the assembly process. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Lead and guide junior assemblers, providing technical assistance and training. Identify and address potential issues or problems in the assembly process. Education and Experience
Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.3-5 years of experience in cabinet assembly, assembly role
