Location: Sonoma, CA
Pay: up to $70 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Create and follow individualized treatment plans
- Work with nurses, physicians, and the rehab team to improve outcomes
- Document progress and ensure compliance with regulations
- Educate residents and families on therapy goals and techniques
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
