Cook and Dietary Aide (Food Services)
This is a dual role of Dietary Cook and Dietary Aide.
Schedule : Full time, 5 days
Cook PM shift - Monday and Tuesday
Aide PM shift - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Essential Duties of a Dietary Cook :
Follow detailed instructions for the prepared menus, and portion control guides.
Prepare tasteful meals, and cook a variety of foods in large quantities.
Prepare special diets accurately.
Record food temperatures for the meals.
Cooperate and work in harmony with personnel in all departments.
Clean cooking area and serving carts.
Report resident care concerns and potential issues to Administrator and/or Director of Nurses.
