Position Overview:

• Schedule: B-Shift Nights (6:45 pm - 7:00 am, 2-2-3 shift rotation)
• Work-Life Balance: Work half of the month with every other weekend as a 3-day weekend!

• Starting Pay: $23.00 per hour

Your Role as a Lead Extrusion Technician:

As a Lead Extrusion Tech, you'll be responsible for supporting the Extrusion Supervisor in overseeing daily operations, quality production, and maintaining safety standards. This is a hands-on role that involves:

• Assist with supervision and training of production staff
• Monitor production results and provide feedback to staff and Extrusion Supervisor
• Performing inspections on equipment, materials and products
• Maintaining and enforcing safety standards at all times, keeping yourself and your team safe.
• Working on special projects as needed

What We're Looking for in You:

• Dura-Line Manufacturing Experience: This position is only available to current Dura-Line employees with a minimum of one year of progressive experience with HDPE processes; supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Reading, writing, and mathematical competency testing required
• Safety-First Mentality: Commitment to using personal protective equipment and maintaining safety on the job.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or remain stationary for long periods. Ability to work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.
• High Mechanical Aptitude: the ability to learn about machinery, equipment, and apply such knowledge appropriately
• Firm understanding of the use of measuring instruments for observation, monitoring or control

"The compensation for this position is typically $23/Hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to jobrelated knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
