  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience
  • Ability to operate scanning equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of employees, management and customers

Salary Range: $19-$21 depending on experienceHowmet Engine Systems has an immediate opening for a Manufacturing Coordinator at our facility in Rochester, NY. This position will ensure that administrative processes required to complete orders and process shipments are completed in support of various departments at the facility. This position is eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Summary

Responsible for greeting visitors and contractors, making sure all required screenings are completed. Maintaining good communication with all departments regarding document storage, and front office needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scan and save work orders and purchase orders
  • Process a low volume amount of purchase orders
  • Submit invoices to customers
  • Process new vendor and customer submissions
  • Oversee office visitors and delivery activities
  • Act as the office emergency single point of accountability
  • Champion 6S activities
  • Manage office supplies and ordering
  • Other administrative activities as needed
