JOB SUMMARY:

The Landscape Design Associate is responsible for all aspects of landscape architectural assignments from utilizing graphic programs, site planning, construction estimating, construction detailing, and project implementation. The Landscape Design Associate is versed in design concepts, basic planting design, hardscape materials, stormwater management, layout, and grading.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Perform site analysis, conceptual design, design development, and construction detailingNavigate software programs: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop/Indesign, Microsoft OfficePerform landscape architectural assignments with minimal supervisionWork with internal departments to coordinate drawing setsConsult with manufacturers and material vendors to identify best productsConduct estimating take-offs and draft proposals for reviewGenerate presentation drawings for large projects, imagery, and digital presentations
