Saw Operator - 2nd Shift (Finance)
The Saw Operator is responsible for independently operating and optimizing assigned machinery to achieve high productivity, precision, and consistent product quality. This role involves addressing complex machine issues to improve performance and meet strict quality standards. The Operator also plays a key role in driving continuous process improvements, ensuring smooth operations, and mentoring junior operators.

- Position Type: Full-Time/Non-Exempt (Hourly)
- Pay Range: $19 - $22 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
- Work Location: Onsite - Mooresville, North Carolina
- Shift: 2
- Set up and operate assigned mechanical equipment
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering specifications
- Ensure all produced items meet quality control requirements
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of work area according to 5S standards
- Adhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Ability to interpret work instructions
- Proficient in following written and verbal directions
- Intermediate mathematical skills
- Intermediate use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Proficiency in handling complex issues and problems
- Comprehensive working knowledge of subject matter
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Required to stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to push/pull objects up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and stooping required.
- Must have the dexterity to handle small objects.
- Must be able to work in noisy environments.
