Overage, Shortage, and Damage Coordinator & Warehouse Office Clerk(Full-Time) (Information Technology)
JOB FUNCTION:
As the OSD Coordinator and Warehouse Office Clerk, you will assist the warehouse team in providing administrative and inventory services to ensure effective and efficient operations of the Dry, Refrigerated, and Freezer Warehouses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Process purchase orders
· Schedule and organize receiving appointments
· Assist warehouse employees with inventory issues
· Answer the phone and emails
· Effectively communicate with drivers, carriers, and warehouse personnel
· Coordinate OSD with our stores and outside vendors
· Maintain accurate inventory of CHEP pallets within the CHEP Pallet Portal
· General record keeping and office duties
· Work effectively, cooperatively, and safely with management and warehouse personnel with minimal supervision.
· Other duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Ability to read and speak English
· High school diploma or GED is required
· Strong oral and written skills and the ability to communicate well with others
· Ability to multi-task
· Must be adaptable and a team player
· Organizational skills
· Must be detail-oriented
· General administrative computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
· On-the-job training provided
· Pre-employment work-screen and background check
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Fast paced
· Office based
· Campus warehouses have a noisy and busy environment; employees must always remain alert
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
· Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm or until done
· This position is in our Dry Warehouse 2010 Office in Boone, Iowa
