Human Resources Manager (Finance)

The Human Resources Manager works with all Human Resources staff to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource department and deliver HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as maintains compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.
This role's primary responsibility is to drive results through their entire department. Under the direction of the Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of recruitment, total compensation, training and development, employee relations, labor relations, leave management, reward and recognition, health and safety and performance management.
Sonesta managers are charged with providing strategic vision, ensuring tactical execution, and actively managing their department to achieve the company's revenue and profitability goals and objectives.

Pay Range
Pay range $75,000 to $85,000 annually. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills, and job specific experience/overall experience.
