Dining Server (Food Services)

Join Pines Village Retirement Communities, an independent retirement community providing apartment-like senior living to our residents. We celebrate life by enriching the lives of older adults. We are a non-profit senior living community in Valparaiso. Being non-profit means, we put people before profit. We are seeking a compassionate dining servers to join our growing Dining team.

As a Dining Server you will be responsible for:

Serving residents in a professional manner
Maintain a professional demeanor and helpful attitude with residents and guests
Following procedures and guidelines outlined by state and federal regulations.
Understanding and having knowledge of menu selections and proper service
Perform pre-service dining set-up and post-service clean-up

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service and server experience is preferred
Have an excellent work ethic
Have a Food Handlers Certification or ability to obtain

This is a PRN position for days, evenings and some weekends.
