Test Engineering Supervisor - 2nd shift (3pm - 12am) (Finance)



In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering projects by leading a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of product testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and achieve project goals.

You will report directly to our Systems Engineering Manager, and you will work out of our Clearwater, FL location on a hybrid work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate a team of technicians to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product testing.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex problems.
  • Ensure timely and successful completion of tasks within budget and scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and efficiency.
  • Supervisory/administrative tasks for a team of technicians.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a test technician or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience with test methodologies and tools.
