Lead Advanced Field Service Tech (Finance)

As a Lead Security Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to oversee and manage field service operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our customers. Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage field service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain security systems, access control, CCTV for customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service management or related roles.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of security systems and technologies.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Experience with installation and maintenance of security systems, access control, cameras, security systems, MS server, MS SQL, networks, hardware and software.
