Freight Analyst (Finance)

As our Freight Analyst, you will;
- Analyze shipping costs, on-time performance, and carrier chargebacks
- Maintain accurate freight records and support invoice-to-pay processes
- Manage relationships with parcel carriers and audit freight contracts
- Partner with logistics and operations teams to identify process improvements
- Support customer freight claims and pricing projects using logistics tools
- Prepare reports on freight spend and recommend cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor KPIs and assist in implementing logistics software and tools
- Bachelor's degree or 4-5 years of logistics or freight experience
- Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Internal applicants must be in good standing with no active discipline
