Sr Matls Planner Coordinator (Finance)

As a Sr Matls Planner Coordinator here at Honeywell, you will be leading globally across the supply chain network to deploy the Honeywell Global Design Model (GDM) and facilitate the full adoption across your network.

In this role, you will ensure the network Capacity Plans and Constrained Master Production Schedules optimize the labor and machine resources whilst achieving the business goals for cost control, productivity, and working capital. You will lead the monthly Production Planning process cycle for your network of sites and ensure finished goods production plans align with the site and network Supply Plans, in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and ensure working capital remains within the business goals.

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' relative inventory management experience.

• Confirm Process Orders
• Perform inventory movements in SAP
• Resolve inventory discrepancies (COGI errors)
• Lead site cycle count activity
• Process and file plant documentation
• Manage Non-Conforming Inventory (NCIF) process
• Coordinate/track HQAs and IPCs to ensure they are processed in a timely manner and moved in SAP as required
• Lead annual physical inventory
• Promote and support continuous improvement activities, including participating in kaizen events when requested.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping procedures
• Complete and adhere to all safety/regulatory requirements
• Crosstrain/support related manufacturing/supply chain roles
