Collection Supervisor (Administrative)
About the Role
We're looking for an assertive, results-driven Collections Supervisor to lead our team in meeting company cash flow and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) goals. In this role, you'll manage business-to-business collections, coach your team for peak performance, and drive process improvements that make a measurable impact.
Compensation starting at $70,000 annual salary + 10% bonus potential
Hybrid schedule based out of Irving
What You'll Do

Lead the collections team to meet KPIs and company goals.

Develop and implement strategies to maximize cash flow and reduce DSO.

Create and manage incentive programs, including bonus and commission plans.

Provide regular coaching and hold monthly team meetings to drive accountability.

Prepare weekly KPI reports for the finance team.

Review daily payment reports, focusing on customers on credit hold.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues and improve customer experience.

Handle escalated accounts and coordinate with third-party collection agencies.

Monitor and report on bankruptcy filings and legal matters impacting collections.

Maintain accurate financial records in Great Plains or similar systems.

Support the Director of Revenue Operations with strategic projects.
What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of B2B collections experience.

At least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Proven leadership skills and ability to hold teams accountable.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Experience with Great Plains or similar ERP systems (preferred).

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
