CONTROLLER (Transportation)

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Finance and located in our St. Charles, MO, Headquarters, the Controller will:

· Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements and reports.
· Monitor and analyze the reporting of monthly operating results compared to the budget.
· Ability to take a proactive approach and blend accounting structure with business needs.
· Prepare and coordinate the annual budget process.
· Prepare quarterly and annual Bank requirements.
· Participate in annual strategic planning and forecasting.
· Establish and administer accounting policies and operating procedures.
· Prepared and coordinate annual audit.
· Manage the Line of Credit facility with the Bank
· Hire, develop, and supervise the accounting team.
· Handle state and federal tax issues and filings
