Stock Room Clerk (Finance)

The Gill Corporation is seeking a Stock Room Clerk. The primary responsibilities include the receipt and closing of work orders and coordination of finished goods to shipping to maintain on-time delivery.
Reporting to the Production Manager, they will perform but not be limited to the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Does the issues and receipts for work orders.
- Assists material handler with coordination of finished goods.
- Ensures all completed work orders are closed and organized.
- Does cycle count of finished goods to verify inventory accuracy.
- Coordinates the work order archive process.
- Coordinates with production, production control, quality, and shipping, to meet scheduled delivery dates.
- Reviews closed orders for proper material consumption.
- Creates shortage list for expeditor.
- Other essential duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications:
- Computer knowledge on word processing and spread sheets
- Company ERP system - as required.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalency
- Must have English reading and verbal communication skills sufficient to read, understand and communicate the company operating procedures and policies.
- Must be able to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Must be able to demonstrate math proficiency equal to or greater than required for the position applied.
- Must be available to work the shift specified by the position and be flexible to potential overtime on weekends/ holidays.
