Client Integration - Execution Lead (Finance)



Job Summary:
  • Provides Clients and Front Office optimal experience through effective onboarding and communication.
  • Responsible for executing onboarding requests for OTC/Derivatives cases and ensuring they are fulfilled per Mizuho's KYC, Regulatory, Credit, and Legal processes in a timely and accurate manner.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist with implementation of a client centric approach that focuses on delivering optimal onboarding experience for the Client by ensuring all onboarding requirements are met in a timely manner.
  • Proactively manage queue of onboarding OTC/derivatives requests through reporting and directly interfacing with Front Office and Client.
  • Evaluate onboarding requests proactively to understand complexities to determine what areas will require most support.
  • Partner and advise with CSG, Legal, and Credit as they execute their respective processes, applying KYC, Regulatory, Credit, Legal expertise as appropriate.
  • Apply understanding of onboarding requirements to client requests and escalate to internal teams as necessary (Credit, Legal, etc.)
  • Understand policy changes socialized by Compliance and implications to the onboarding process.
  • Manage end to end Onboarding coordination and execution for Capital Markets business.
  • Produce Metrics and support documentation.
  • Assist in any Audit requests and questions or fixing any regulatory breaks as directed by Head of Client Integration.
  • Manage Client Integration - Execution team members to ensure quality of deliverables and provide development support.
  • Continually assess process and identify areas of further efficiency / improvement.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • 10+ years banking & securities products experience including KYC, Regulatory, Legal, and Credit knowledge.
  • 5+ years demonstrated leadership or equivalent training. Must have strong client facing experience and understanding of the Legal process and Legal documents (i.e. ISDA, MSFTA, MRA, ACA, etc,)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with Front Office, Legal, Credit and client stakeholders.
  • Appropriate and confidential handling of client data.
  • Demonstration of outstanding project management skills with ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Client oriented, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal with ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally.
  • Team player with ability to build consensus.
  • Organized with high attention to detail and able to problem solve quickly and efficiently.

The expected base salary ranges from $91,000 - $165,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
