Licensed Hospice CNA (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is seeking confident, compassionate, skilled, and professional licensed Hospice trained CNAs for our 7-day live in program. Our live-in program is in high-high demand, and we need to hire the best of the best experienced licensed CNAs. Traditions Home Health Services goal is to provide our clients with purpose, dignity, joy, and outstanding compassionate care to help them to remain in their own home.

Duties would include but are not limited to the following:
Compassionate careCompanionship and conversationExercise, walking, ROM exerciseHousehold support, laundryCreating fresh, tasty nutritious home-cooked meals daily; would be able to prepare foods that the client enjoys (CNA would follow client care plan for diet restrictions)Medication and appointment remindersHospice Medication administrationTransportation to outings, errands, and appointments in the CNAs vehicleAssistance with grooming and bathingAssistance with toileting and incontinence careEngaging with your client in fun, stimulating activities to create joyful momentsCompetently documenting shift activities digitally using a smartphoneCNA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely mannerVacation time is allowed every 4 months, in 7-day increments
