VP of IT Infrastructure (Finance)
The Vice President (VP) of IT Infrastructure role is responsible for the strategy, architecture, and operations of Michael Baker's infrastructure. This includes designing, maintaining, and optimizing key functional areas, particularly network and server infrastructure, cloud services, telecommunications/unified communications systems. This role will provide the vision and strategy to drive next generation capabilities and services required to support future solutions, business capabilities and position Michael Baker to be a best-in-class enterprise architecture and service delivery.
To be effective in this leadership role, they will need to collaborate across multiple business stakeholders, vendor partners and team members to maximize our investments. Have strong organizational, technical, process, and people management skills. Work with our partners, and with peers to develop and coordinate strategy, architecture, roadmaps, budgets, and execution of IT services. As a member of the IT leadership team, this role contributes to the development and execution of our IT strategy and ensures its alignment with the business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve our business goals.

COMPENSATION
The approximate compensation range for this position $167,793-$317,137 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
