Global Service Delivery Partner Lead (Finance)



The NVIDIA Global Consulting team is looking for partner business manager to strategize, develop and grow our alliances with some of our most strategic SDPs (Regional Systems Integrators). We seek a high-energy sales channel professional that has experience being the trusted partner of product teams to develop the capacity and capability of our growing SDP ecosystem. Collaborate with alliance, sales leaders at SDPs partners, product, marketing, technical sales, sales teams to strategize and implement NVIDIA platform opportunities in Robotics, Generative AI, and Omniverse for customers. Being able to guide our SDPs with other strategic alliance partners such as HP, Dell, Cisco, Nebius, Coreweave, OCI , Azure, AWS, Google, ServiceNow, Datastax, Snowflake, SAP, Cadence, Siemens etc.

What you'll be doing:

  • Collaborating with collaborators to define, develop, and implement the strategy for incorporating NVIDIAs full stack via regional systems integrators normal sales motions.
  • Work with our product and alliances organization to prioritize and recruit the ecosystem required to scale our joint solution in the market today.
  • Establish sponsorship from target SDPs to execute a partnership plan of record and managed the goals agreed upon
  • Define Business goals, track and report progress and work on joint GTM plans
  • Devise enablement plans and help the Developer base at an SDP to improve their abilities on NVIDIA accelerated computing and Cuda libraires .
  • Liaison between SDP and NVIDIA Solution Architects to run PoCs (Proofs of Concept), help with porting platforms and respond to RFQs.
  • Act as the extension the Sales teams of and NVIDIA to identify Top accounts for joint engagement.

What we need to see:

  • 10+ years of proven success with partner alliance management and cloud service providers.
  • High energy with effective communication and written skills.
  • Experience and flair in addressing senior leaders and large audiences.
  • Proactive, creative, flexible and uses good judgment to accomplish tasks on schedule with minimal direction and supervision.
  • Familiarity with modern computing techniques and the ability to scale up technical knowledge to serve the needs of demanding technology companies.
  • Ability to connect with all team members successfully and effectively at any level.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Passion for winning, a solid interest in business strategy, and excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of internal team members.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Self-starter, self-confident individual with integrity and accountability, highly motivated, driven, daring, and attracted to a substantial opportunity.
  • Graphics, AI/deep learning, high performance computing, cloud datacenter, and/or edge computing development/deployment experience desirable.
  • Comfortable defining and implementing complex program schedules with intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, key and critical landmarks, and deliverables.
  • Consistent track record of handling multiple customers and customer programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.
  • Specific Experience supporting a SDP partner or at one of our alliance partners. Experience building a business with a partner from the beginning.

The cash compensation range is 200,000 USD - 356,500 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits . NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
