Senior Technical Program Manager - Business Enablement (Finance)

As a key member of the global IT PMO team, you will be instrumental in leading and overseeing critical programs. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with a strong history of delivering complex technology initiatives, driving organizational change, and enabling agile program execution. This position demands advanced expertise in agile methodologies and substantial hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Align to coordinate and enable cross-functional teams and achieve strategic business objectives.

What you'll be doing:

• Design and execute strategies that promote effective Agile adoption and smooth transitions to new processes and technologies, emphasizing tool and process change management.
• Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring using Jira and Jira Align, managing timelines, budgets, and milestones. Champion effective communication and lead collaborator expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and business partners to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Model and consistently apply Agile best practices across the organization, actively demonstrating principles through actions, decision-making, and program execution to drive continuous improvement and high performance.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, leveraging expertise in areas like Infrastructure, Information Security, Enterprise Applications, or AI/automation.
• Design and implement strategies for Agile adoption, process change management, and stakeholder engagement-including communication and training initiatives-while continuously identifying and executing process improvements, automation, and optimization to drive efficiency, performance, and the adoption of best practices.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, provide regular updates, and ensure organized project documentation

What we need to see:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager or similar role
• Required Agile execution experience using Jira and Jira Align
• Strong project management skills: planning, risk, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels
• Expertise in organizational change and driving transformation
• Demonstrated ability in data analytics and proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Skilled at translating complex data into actionable business insights and leading multiple projects simultaneously

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP) and demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies and tools.
• Technical Program Manager with strong Product Ownership experience, skilled in advancing Agile methodologies, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), and leading change management initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical approach to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Extensive hands-on experience and advanced proficiency with Jira and Jira Align, including configuration, reporting, portfolio management, and driving agile program delivery and organizational transparency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 230,000 USD for Level 4, and 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD for Level 5.
