Service Acquisition Sales Manager (Finance)



For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $156,000 - $234,000 per year and commission.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-

related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Main Responsibilities:

Mid-Market Sales Leader is an instrumental member of our National Sales Organization ensuring a wholistic coverage of our high growth, high potential mid-market customer base. This is a sales leader reporting directly to the Vice President of National Sales and an integral member of the leadership team. This role works in partnership with Sales, Sales Enablement, Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Channels, and Services, therefore cross-company engagement and orchestration is critical. The candidate will be a high-impact individual capable of driving outstanding business results & best-in-class employee development. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated track record of overachievement from closing complex enterprise deals. The Sales Leader is fully responsible for developing and leading the team to generate revenue and achieve individual and team quotas. This is an aggressive sales team with a generous compensation plan and is a launch point to future leadership roles within Schneider Electric.

  • Talent development - Will recruit, coach, mentor and lead an accomplished team of sales professionals to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Sales strategy - Will drive your team to develop account strategies and plans to ensure customer acquisition and revenue target delivery
  • Business planning - Will develop and deliver a comprehensive business plan to address business priorities around customer acquisition and customer/segment targeting
  • Pipeline planning - Develop an organized approach to maintain consistent pipeline growth driven from your sales team.
  • Solution Expertise - Be proficient in Schneider Electric Service solutions. Understand customer IT and sustainability trends.

The Mid Market Sales Leaders is part of the National Sales Leadership Team and an integral piece of the broader territory coverage ecosystem with aligned resources in the field (technical sales) as well as internal (marketing, project support) that ensure the success of the role, and the cohesive coverage of our customers.

This is a leader of a hunter sales role; candidates should be eager sales professionals driven to acquire new customers and reap the rewarding compensation plan tied to success.
