SUMMARY
Assist in the operation of the manufacturing line while ensuring the highest quality and striving for efficiency and excellence in all endeavors while adhering to all safety requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

This role involves calibrating, maintaining, and troubleshooting measurement instruments, analyzing data for quality control, and supporting production with measurement needs. 

  • Calibrating and maintaining measurement equipment according to established procedures and industry standards. 
  • Analyzing measurement data to identify trends, ensure accuracy, and support quality control. 
  • Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and recommending repairs or replacements. 
  • Supporting manufacturing processes by providing accurate and timely measurement data. 
  • Maintaining accurate records of calibration, maintenance, and testing procedures. 
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. 
  • Operating and maintaining coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) and other advanced measurement equipment. 
  • Verifying measurements on parts and assemblies to ensure they meet quality specifications. 
  • Providing support for PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) inspections.
    • support Tooling also and perform GRR and Proficiency Testing
  • Documenting (Correctly transfer) results in a metrology database (accurately, timely and make sure data that is possibly out of tolerance is verified and properly identified before issuing Quality Notification). 
    • Create work instructions for measurement methods

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent required with at least 2 years experience in a relevant Jabil production position or equivalent external work experience. Experience in printed circuit board manufacturing or a degree in a related field preferred. Must be QC certified.

Monday - Friday 4:00PM-12:30PM-2nd shift
